Anyway, like I was sayin'.......

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it........

The original  "Jenny" at Bubba's house has seen better days!

After putting in 405 consecutive miles since Norfolk, VA the team is taking a much needed layover here in Georgetown, South Carolina!
It's been a long run since leaving Norfolk harbour last Wednesday.
Norfolk to South Mills lock, where we lost the Dream Weaver team, to Columbia, NC to Belhaven, where we met back up with the Dream Weaver team, to Morehead City to Wrightsville then across the State line to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and finally arriving yesterday to Georgetown 60 miles north of Charleston.
We've conquered more locks, swamps, logs, shallow depths,  fog, rain, cold, damn cold, wind and of course one bad oyster! That one cost Brandy an uncomfortable overnight!
We've came across great people, amazing food, delicious beers, beautiful landscape, cool towns and cities, an overall good time. However, all crew members are quite happy to not be up and on the run again today.
Instead the team will invade Georgetown, South Carolina's third oldest city founded in 1729! And home to the National Rice Museum!
God Bless America.
Not only will our team be invading Georgetown there's at least a 6 or more Canadian boat contingency here looking to invade as well!

On to the pictures.....
